- Applicants must be 18 years or older and students currently attending a college or university.
- Applicants can be international students who meet the scholarship eligibility criteria.
- Applicants must meet the entry requirements of the university or college they want to enter.
- Applicants must meet the English language proficiency requirements of the university. TOEFL, IELTS, PTE, Duolingo, etc are commonly accepted across American educational institutions.
